For over two decades, I worked inside some of the most complex environments in financial services — supporting senior executives, leading strategic initiatives, and watching firsthand what it costs to lead at the highest levels without a real space to think. I saw it up close and lived some of it myself: the mental overload and the isolation that comes with leading at this level.

I’m a certified coach — CPCC and ACC. I have been offering mentorship and career coaching for 18 years, and over the past four years I’ve focused primarily on coaching executives and founders. I built this practice because I believe that clarity is not a luxury — it is the foundation every other decision is built on.
